Cheap Shady ah… difficulties during booking and overall not an experience i want repeated…

Bed unsafely put a few meters high on a structure used normally to restructure buildings. Staff didn’t provide information unless explicitely asked. Apartment didn’t correspond to pictures. Apartment location was different than the one booked.

Nothing. We reserved and pre payed to the place. When we came to the adress, we couldn't find it. Then we received a message that the location is nother, it was 15 min walking away. We arrived to the given location, again there is no any hotel. We called to the location, but the guy could not speak in English clearly. He tried to explain the entrance, but we didn't understand. There is no sign for the place. This place look like a scam or weak partner. I strongly do not recommend this place, and ask relevant authorities to take an action regarding this place!

There were cockroaches

Nothing Everything, they never replied and I had to find another hotel, I was so tired and alone.

It is cheap and close to the train station The property that was lister here in booking was not the property that was given to us. We were given different location and 650 meters far from the original property. The bathroom door frame fell off after a few minutes we were in the property. You will never know it is a house as it looks like a business establishment frim the outside. There is a room at the basement but we didnt use it as there was a dusty smell like it was not cleaned. The linens and pillows are not clean at all and it smells like sweat!

The located Not clean, WiFi did not work, bathroom was flooded , no A/C I was sweeting couldn’t sleep. Communication was bad

Close to city center, bus station and airport shuttle (10 min walking distance). You have a few options for grocery shopping that are very close by and are open late in the night. Host was quick to answer via chat (even if it was always in Italian and we are not Italian speakers ? nothing a google translate can not fix) Needs a good clean... the sheets had spots on them, there are spider webs in the room, the fridge was not properly cleaned, the electric wather boiling machine (that you can use to make coffee/tea) i don't think that was ever cleaned and the doorknob of the room we staid in was falling apart we had to jiggle it everytime we wanted to close the door.

Nothing they deduct 100£ from my account as a deposit for damaged.they will send it back almost 5 days check out i have not received the money yet from . My checkout was 01 april 2025

Room was ok size and location convenient. Was advertised as a bed and breakfast but was not one,. Room not like photos. Took effort to find and get in. Couldn't see room before paying tourist tax and all communication been done on WhatsApp and man was quite rude, telling us that we had an upgraded apartment. For that price we couldn't of find more suitable room to stay in.

Watch out for this!! I was scammed by the owner. On booking it was clearly written that the breakfast was included. However, when i asked the owner about it, he acted like he had no idea what im talking about and that they don't have breakfasts there. I later checked on Google reviews and people were complaining about getting scammed for breakfast for months beforehand, so he must have known about it. The hotels name is Bed & BREAKFAST. When i asked what will we do about it he answered: "i can bring you some coffee and tea later". I wasn't satisfied with that, because I paid extra money for breakfast, and if I knew that it wasn't included, i would have never taken this room for a price that high. Of course he didn't even bring us that coffee nor tea, and didn't bother to contact us. He even charged us 12,60 euro as "tourist tax", even though for a 3 star hotel maximal amount is 8 euro for 2 people. Apart from that, one towel had dirty brown stains on it, the blanket had holes burnt out from ciggarettes, the bathroom door didn't close, the shower hose didn't work and I had to press the button constantly for the water to flow, there was a plastic box in the fridge with something fermenting inside there, and the walls were very thin - you could hear everything from other rooms. I was very disappointed with this room, don't go there, for that price you can get something much much better, AND YOU WON'T GET SCAMMED!
