The rooms were air conditioned, comfy and spacious. We were on the main road but found it very quiet. The breakfast was nice. It is about a ten minute walk from Milano central. There is a fabulous restaurant across the road which we ate at twice. Bathroom has great night lights so you dont need tl turn the main ones on. The desk staff were polite and friendly. Just a little bit out of the way when walking with a small child and luggage. Otherwise nothing else.

Good location. Friendly staff, spacious and quiet rooms. When checking out of the property, we left our luggage in the store room. There was no organization to this and it felt quite unsafe as anyone could have taken our luggage due to no tags etc.

First time in this hotel and I am very satisfied. The concept of Biocity (sustainability) is great and applied throughout the hotel. I particularly loved the eclectic style in furnishing and the comfort of the lounge area. Breakfast was nice and served by very kind staff, who welcomed me with a smile and were attentive and ready to help. The room was tidy and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was of good size and squeaky clean. On a very hot day in Milan the hotel had excellent air conditioning. I would definitely consider this hotel again. Nothing to do with the property. I chose it as it was within walking distance from the main station, but unfortunately it was such a hot day that I tried to avoid going out again. Waiting for public transport was also out of the question as there is no shade from trees in that neighbourhood. It is perfectly fine on regular (climate) days. One thing about the bathroom: great to have a large window for light, but in the morning it receives lots of sun and it gets hot very quickly. Perhaps consider blinds for the bathroom window.

Our room had enough space for us, the aircon kept it barable (the heat when we visited Milan was boiling). The facilities were all fine. When we had breakfast there, it was fine too. Staff were polite. nothing in particular.

Fabulous breakfast, very eco-friendly and we got a free upgrade at arrival. Room was clean and well kept A bit noisy through the vents. Could hear the neighboring rooms pretty well

We particularly enjoyed having a balcony. The breakfast was simple but offered exactly what we were looking for. Our room was quiet, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We were fortunate enough to have what was probably the best room in the hotel. It was absolutely brilliant! Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would be delighted to return. There was just one minor issue: the silicone sealant in the shower should be replaced.
