Very convenient location! The room was small, but there’s a nice terrace (shared with other rooms) with dining table

Very clean and neat, very comfy!

The room and the staff were good. The problem I had was finding the place—it was difficult for me. During the rainy weather, we got wet while trying to locate it. However, we found the staff’s number and were able to get the room.

Had a great stay here for the first weekend of the Olympic Winter Games in Milan. Clean room and a great terrace for relaxing. The neighborhood had some good places to eat, and it was nice being close to the train station. No complaints. However, we weren't sure whether toiletries were included, as it said on the booking, but they weren't available in the bathroom.

The owner was very welcoming and very helpful. The place was very comfortable and next to Milan Central Station

Room had good accessories. They should definitely put signs at the main entrance where the rooms are.

I liked the surroundings very much. -

We arrived to discover their were many steps, therefore we couldn't access the elevator on the next level, to access our handicapped accommodation. She was helpful, calling us a taxi and assisting with locating another accommodation. My husband was unable to climb stairs to the next level, I had a walker and also couldn't manage the stairs. The filters asked if upper levels were accessible by elevator, and they are; but lesson learned, in Europe many elevators begin on level 1, not zero or ground level. Also, elevators are very small, and wheelchairs and scooters may not fit. We found another accommodation nearby, and also close to the train station, with fully handicap accommodations. N/A

We booked 1 hour before arrival and i manager to check in. Anastasia was very friendly and great to talk to

The room itself is clean and nice. It’s on the sixth floor of a building and the floor is divided into multiple suites. It had everything we needed including some toiletries and a hair dryer which was great. We also loved the hostess who was very sweet and helpful. I feel the location is misrepresented. We arrived around 7PM and planned to go out to get dinner after we dropped our bags and got settled in. We never ended up leaving again because the location felt very unsafe. The B&B is located in one of many buildings in a courtyard, which felt similar to housing projects. We also opted to walk here from Milano Centrale station and the entire area is sketchy. I wish we would have known this prior to booking or we would have picked somewhere else.

Not easy to find. Need better directions. Bed was hard snd pillows were flat. The room was a nice contrast to the drab neighborhood.
-
The mini-bar kept things cool but not cold. It was a heat wave though. The AC in the balcony room worked nicely but that in the other just okay.

Anastasia was amazing. She went above and beyond as a host! The building tenants gives the vibe that it is unsafe neighborhood.

The private terrace adjacent to the room as well as a nice entrance and terrace for coffee. There was a coffee machine but I could not use it successfully (maybe a little help would be nice for people who don't use that kind of coffee Machine. Room was fine but shower was very small. 10 minutes walk from train station. (still far if you have heavy luggage) so we took a taxi (about $9) It was at the 6th floor and the elevator was not always reliable so we had to go up and down by stairs a few times. Also Paula was not there to receive us but sent a message after we left our previous hotel. I could not get wifi outside a hotel so never got the info about getting in the room. Should send it the night before but one very nice lady helped us and she was great. She got us a taxi finally and took our money for taxes and drinks. The building is old and not so attractive. Also we needed to pay taxes and Paula was in England trying to get us to pay by Paypal and so pushy about it too. I would not recommend this place even if it is a little less expensive than a hotel. Travelling is stressful and it is great when everything is clear and easy, that was not...

Proximity to transportations.

This is a B&B inside an apartment, Inside the building the room was clean and looked very nice and had good water pressure. The room was alright for a one night stay and pretty close to Milan Centrale. There were not very clean directions on how to find the rooms. The area felt very unsafe and there was trash all over by the street entrance, I would not feel comfortable outside at night. For the same price We would recommend to stay in a hotel.

Several months in advance I notified the hotel that we wanted two separate beds because we are a mother and son and do not sleep in the same bed. However, when I arrived, after a very long 24 hours journey from the United States, ready to sleep, the two twin beds were pushed together and had only one blanket on them, as if it was one bed. I told the hotel staff- it took them several hours to fix this situation. The worst part was, that after the staff came and made the one bed into two beds, the did not leave a blanket on both beds, only on one. I let my mother have the bed with the blanket, meanwhile, I was feeling very cold all night because I did not have a blanket. For this reason, I did not sleep well. I did not have a good experience here. Why didn't the staff put a blanket on both beds? I took a photo as proof that the staff put a blanket on one of the two beds, but not on the other. Very, very disappointing, especially after 24 hours of travel when I was exhausted and wanted to sleep.

Very good

It was clean and nicely appointed. It was within a 15 minute walk of the Milano Centrale. And 10 to 15 minutes from a metro station. The complementary breakfast at a local cafe was a nice start to each day. Our room was fairly small for two people. And the neighborhood was not close to any sites we wanted to see, but that did force us to figure out the metro system.
