Hotel Centrale

20 min walk from Milano Centrale, cheapest we could find and clean. Incredibly hot. Bed was burning, we had to sleep with a fan on for the whole night.

Room was clean. Be careful, there is NO air conditioning. THIS SHOULD BE STATED CLEARLY as it should be a standard amenity at any hotel. The rooms were unbearably hot during the summer. There are no insect screening so if you open the windows for air, you get bitten by mosquitos! The towels provided were torn. We had to leave early and checked out early after only the first night. When we asked for a receipt showing that we checked out early, they refused and did not even bother to ask why we decided to leave - this is rude and unprofessional.

The elevator is very small and did not feel particularly safe to use.

The staff aren’t helpful and friendly. The reception and stair to your room is on -1 floor so you need to carry your heavy luggage downstair and up to your room. On the page it said “Facilities for disabled guests” so I think that the hotel has an elevator so I booked. But they have no elevator for you to use it!

the reception staff were always kind, helpful, and supportive whenever we needed assistance. We really appreciated their hospitality. However, we visited during a very hot period in Milan, and since the room did not have air conditioning, it was quite difficult to sleep. There was a fan in the room, and under normal temperatures this probably wouldn't be a significant issue. Overall, it's a good choice for a short stay if you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel

It was clean There was no AC and there was only one small fan.

There was no AC and we arrived in the middle of a heatwave, so the room was actually hotter than outside. There was a powerful fan in the room, which helped a little bit, but the room was still very hot.

Staff, very unpolite. Day shift didn't allow us to stay on sofa before our check in. This is ridiculous. There is not hot water on showers. I called the receptionist and (during night shift) and he said to me to waiting for and hang out on my face. Unacceptable behavior.

Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. No air conditioning. We did have a large fan in our room though.

Within walking distance to Milano centrale. Modest room for a fair price.

Staff provided extra bed even on short notice reservation and gave us some complimentary breakfast, even though we had to leave early. Very kind and helpful, and the room was large and clean, as was the bathroom.

The breakfast seating area has only a few tables. Also, the food consists of only a few food items: coffee, of course, and bread.

Everything… in the bedroom, very good for a family. I recommend it. Very nice But no escalator. You have to carry your luggage by yourself
