I loved the aircon in the room was adjustable since it was 38 degrees when I was in Milan and I was able to come back to a cool room. It’s to no fault of their own, but I wish there were more food options/ stores near the hotel.

Very modern, spacious, beautiful interior. I loved it a lot. Maybe a little bit of cold even though we turned the air conditioning off, but that wasn’t huge problem. Great shower, big and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. We were able to left our luggage after checking out, which was great considering our flight was late in the evening. No such thing

The Hotel from outside does not look like what the inside gives. It's really a perfect quick city break hotel. 7 mins walk to the metro and from the central bus station. It was easy to find amd just made our trip easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We got an upgrade as it was our anniversary which was rrally lovely of them. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would defo book again for a quick milan getaway. The only issues faced was that we paid for the breakfast for one of the days but for some reason had issues when we got downstairs and our payment was not acknowleged but the staff upstair quickly sorted it out when we showed proof of payments. The breakfast to be honest was not great but there are options to choose from just wasnt the best as a lot of the food was cold.

A 15-minute walk from the central train station. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom fixtures are in good working order, and there’s a safe. There’s a bus stop nearby. The staff works quickly. There were no issues with soundproofing. I’d like the staff to respond to emails sent to the address listed on their website. My flight was scheduled to arrive around midnight. I wanted to know if there would be any issues if I arrived after midnight. A day later, I received a reply to my inquiry asking, “In whose name is the reservation made?” I want to get this information before I book a non-refundable hotel! This back-and-forth over a one-day offer is just exhausting. In the end, I still couldn’t figure out whether check-in was possible or not (since even after I made the reservation, they sent me a reply that didn’t clarify the situation).

The staff were amazing. So friendly, couldn't do enough to help Love hotel in general.

The hotel is modern, stylish, and has a minimalist design. The staff is friendly and professional, and the cleanliness is excellent. Considering the price, it is a perfect place to stay. It is a little far from the central station, but the area is lively, and the nearest metro station is only a 7–8 minute walk away.

Staff were great and definitely made you feel welcome. Room was great, and it was massive. The AC worked perfectly which was badly needed as it was in the high 30s the whole time The hair and body wash bottles were small and slightly annoying to use. Fridge was a bit small so a bit inconvenient if you use a lot of refrigerated store bought items
