Amazing Service and availability.

Lovely location in the Navigli neighborhood. Great breakfast included at a nearby cafe. Host welcomed us early, had suggestions for the area and was super helpful in allowing us to leave our stuff there before and after check out. Huge apartment that was perfect for our trip. Nothing could have been better. 10/10 would stay here again another time!

The place is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped — with a great kitchen, clean bathroom, cozy bedroom, and even a convenient laundry area. Everything was in perfect condition and made us feel completely at home. But what really made the difference was the owner. He went above and beyond to welcome us, made us feel truly special, gave us all the directions we needed, and was always available to help with anything during our stay. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and that’s what turned a great place into an unforgettable experience. Nothing — everything was perfect.

The owner was very kind and helpful. He made a nice welcome and did his best for my requests. The room was clean and all the equipment was working fine. The room also had a nice authentic decoration and was very quiet. There was good coffee and rustic coffee cups. I loved them☺️ Actually there was nothing i did not like. Just do not expect a continental breakfast. It will be a crossaint sandwich and coffee

Very nice room - nice bathroom and a comfy room with coffee machine etc. Very good location only a few meters from the nice Channel with many restaurants. Metro station close also. The owner was nice too. Nice little place for breakfast. Nothing.

We were a bit unsure upon seeing the street appearance, but were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations! Andrea was welcoming and accommodating; he also gave us wonderful recommendations for things to see, do, and eat throughout the city! The B&B is within walking distance of everything one could want in Milan. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was especially appreciated, after long days walking around in the Milan summer heat.

If you’re looking for somewhere that offers a quiet early nights rest, then this place may not be for you - if you are looking to be in the midst of fun local bars and restaurants then this is a great fit.
