Comfortable, clean, with an excellent breakfast. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants, making it easy to find great places to eat. It’s about a 40-minute walk from the city center, which can be quite challenging when it’s 40°C outside.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Very lively, gorgeous canals, an endless number of restaurants nearby. The nearest train station was fairly close too. I am 5ft 1in, so the window frame started at about my chest level, making it difficult to see or enjoy any type of view. It said it was a garden view room when I booked, however I would have to stand on my tiptoes and press up against the glass and cast my eyes directly down to see this garden. The room wasn't particularly impressive, but I do believe that has more to do with my disgruntlement in the window size.

We forgot our passports and everybody was so wonderful. Alfonso had them careered to our next destination in Florence. Highly recommend great service.

Good location, in the heart of the vibrant Navigli neighborhood. Good and quality room, amazing breakfast. Staff is ok and helpful, however the gym facilities are a little disappointing. The gym is ok, however it only opens at 7am so if you want to go earlier this is a problem. The treadmill was not working properly and they were not able to fix it during my stay. If you like to run and the weather is good, a great option is to exercise along Naviglio Grande that has more than 10 km along the Canal. Gym opening hours

Location. Art was high quality and a nice plus. Strange musty smell at the entrance. Ugly view in courtyard.
