I think i like the fact that it’s at the centre of anywhere you want to go to in Milan 5 minutes walk to Metro station I was surprised to pay another 6 euros for land tax I think it’s general in Milan because I went to eat somewhere they collected money for that too like 5 euros or so

The room was pretty clean. The staff also seemed friendly and tried to help with any issues that arose. The hostel wasn't very social at all. I imagine it was mostly due to everyone being on vacation and the city being empty in general. But also there wasn't really a nice, cozy common room where to meet others, except the bar on the ground floor which was often empty and the kitchen/terrace on the 3rd floor.

The staff was incredibly helpful and really sweet! They gave me a lot of nice food recommendations and thorough explanations on how to use public transportations. The hostel was really well located and super close to duomo. I really enjoyed my stay at Babila Hostel and will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Milano.

Strategic location. I only stayed for few hours, perfect for resting for a bit and washing up. The people in my room maintain the cleanliness. Staff was helpful to call a taxi which will arrive under 5 min. There's an old elevator where you need to open and close the door manually, but it's very helpful if you travel with luggage. Surrounding area was very quiet during the night. It's good for resting but be careful if you're walking by yourself.

The location and facilities are quite great. The air con helps a lot in hot weather. The staff were very friendly. However they seemed to lack of protocols to deal with racist costumers. When some crazy racists found faults in the dormitory and annoyed everyone else sharing the space, the staff were inexperienced in this situation.

The location of the hostel was fantastic so near to different places to eat, drink, shop and see.
