Very close to the Milan Central Station. We walked from station to the hotel with our luggage without any problem. In the shopping street with many eateries around. I was expecting a room with a better view of the city. Probably top floor (7th) stayed there once earlier.

The location was near the metro station and made it very easy to get around and explore the city, and I especially liked the breakfast—it had a great variety and was a lovely way to start the day. The elevator is small and barely fits two people with luggage. It also doesn't reach the ground floor but you have to climb a few steps which is difficult when you have luggage.

The hotel is about a 10–15-minute walk from the main train station and just one minute from the metro. The main tourist areas are also within a 15–20-minute walk. The street is lively and has plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, and having a kettle and complimentary drinks in the room was a nice touch. The balcony and terrace was also great for getting some fresh air in the evening. The air conditioning worked very well, even in the hot weather. Breakfast was good and met my expectations. I stayed at their Brussels branch a few months ago and had a good experience there as well, so I was happy to choose Best Western again.

Very clean and modern for Italy. One thing we generally struggle with on Italy is air conditioning. These rooms have fantastic aircon. Location to the train station is within 100m and there are plenty of shops to fill in some time on the same street. Staff were great too. Street noise overnight can be an issue

The location was great. Staff were really accommodating and very thoughtful. Toiletries available. For a traveler wanting to travel light this would have been helpful - I needed to purchase then throw away - and this was a bit of a waste.
