Very close proximity to metro station, convenient location. Nothing.

Nice business hotel. Great restaurants around this area. We could hear other rooms’ noise easily.

Very very clean ! The rooms don’t have the best noise proof walls . This is to protect from very loud customers we had next door.

The hotel is in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, bus and metro stations. The room was clean and had everything we needed. -

Convenient for spending time in city center if you are on budget.

Everything was perfect staff very accommodating. Location close to many delicious eateries. And a fabulous cafe/ gelato/beer next to convenient launderette 10 minute walk from the property. Breakfast staff were super friendly. Cold buffet delicious. If you’re looking for something hot….wait !

Breakfast was poor. Scrambled eggs, boiled peas, bacon or sausages (this happened once), 3 kinds of cold cuts, 2 kinds of cheese and pastries. That was the breakfast. After three days it was pretty monotonous. The staff were nice and helpful. There was already a person at reception who was not very keen to help us. We got cold feet. The room is small, but good for a couple of days if you don't have to spend time in the room. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The location of the hotel is better than it looked on the maps... On average it took 15 minutes to get to anything by metro, which opened almost from the hotel entrance. I do not know...

central location for what we wanted staff were very good. Raza was very good at breakfast showing me gluten free options No bar or seating outside etc

Single room is small, but good value for money.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The noise in the morning was unbearable—it felt like there was no soundproofing at all. Because the AC didn’t work, we had to open the window, which made it feel like we were sleeping on the street with all the car and ambulance noise. Even basic things like water came with an extra charge, and the shower had only extremely hot water, which made it unusable. The worst part was the poor customer service. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly, and they clearly don’t know how to deal with tourists. I didn’t feel comfortable approaching them or asking for anything during my stay. There was also no “Do Not Disturb” sign, so housekeeping walked in while we were still asleep, which was very uncomfortable. The only good thing was the location. Everything else was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful stay.

The location is excellent, right next to the subway station, the staff is at the reception is very polite, rooms are spacious The breakfast is meager, no vegetables no salad of any kind, no coffee machine either. It is tedious to order each coffee from a waiter

We stayed with a friend for 3 nights. Although our room was not big, it was enough for us. Because we didn't have much luggage and we didn't spend much time in the room. We found the security, cleanliness and location very successful. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Milan.

The room is perfect for a couple, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is also good, the subway station Lodi TIBB is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The M3 yellow line takes you from Lodi TIBB to Duomo in just a few stops, and the same line takes you to the Central Station. So it's easy to get around the center of Milan. The area around the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants and various shops, so it's great to stroll around Porta Romana. Marlà Pasticceria and Pasticceria Martesana are within walking distance from the hotel and they serve amazing pastries. Also, the room was very clean, housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed every day of my stay, so I was super happy with the cleanliness of the room. I would recommend! The bed/mattress and pillows were a little too firm for my taste. The soundproofing of the common areas is not very good, we could clearly hear people talking and walking from the hallway. Also, the internal sliding door for the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, no other complaints.
