Customer service for early morning (6am) was disappointing. I asked for waters to be sent to room and was told they were already there but we had consumed them day prior. Although I had every intention to pay for more water, it was a misunderstanding about consumption from mini bar. Upon realizing this, i saw neither of us was in the wrong but front desk person was rude about the whole thing and insisted I was trying to get free waters that morning. Very strange.

Great place. Looked great and felt great. The staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent experience. Very close to the metro, supermarket and some excellent restaurants A little far from the center but the nearby metro is very helpful (3 stops)

Breakfast... Most of the chafers/ trays were empty when we arrived. Waited for few minutes and gave up. We had to go the host to ask, if we can get come coffee. Definitely understaffed

Room was fine, and breakfast was nice. The staff especially the concierge were wonderful. Room was tight, and the bathroom is very small and large step to get into the shower and tub.

I loved this stay. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Watching the world cup at the hotel bar which stays open late was so nice! Thank you

Location and decor It’s a bit old ; needs refurbishing
-
Located near metro, easy to get to duomo. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Pool was great! Nothing

Though it’s a vintage property, it’s extremely well maintained. The staff are understanding of patron’s needs and made excellent recommendations. Nothing of note.

Staff are so friendly All good and clean The mattress only with no rings ur back will go down while sleeping especially who are aiming to have straight back during sleeping

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, fine for two. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great (hot water, good pressure!). We were only there one night and it was great. We enjoyed breakfast - buffet-style. Staff was friendly. Location for car-less travelers is not ideal. We arrived via train to Milano Centrale, it was also about 20 euros via taxi/Uber (there was no easy bus/metro route). I did use the fitness center for a quick workout. It was small and minimally equipped. But, that was minor.

Room and bathroom very clean. Nothing it was perfects

The staff at the reception don’t have knowledge about the hotel and can’t do anything

It’s always a solid good choice

No parking available for the guests on the property.

Friendly staff Accommodating, very nice and thorough Bed bugs! I took a 15 min nap and woke up to a face full of bites and red tiny bites all over have photo and videos to share - they moved our rooms - first time to me to stay there since chikd is in dorms nearby but we will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN - I live in a hotel 3-4 months out of a year in EU and over 300-400+ hotel experience and it's the first time I got bed bug bites! Didn't even experience this in paris at the height of their bed bugs issues

All great ?

Beautiful marble everywhere. Pre check-in luggage storage plus pleasant surprise of finding they had been delivered to room whilst we toured Milan. Enjoyed perk of fresh iced lemon water at entry. Nice open common spaces, spacious and clean bathroom n bedroom, friendly bar staff, helpful front desk especially with taxi callings. We did not have time to exploit the attractive pool/spa but there is always next time. Multi grazie n/a

Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities and very good breakfast… location decent close to metro station Rooms very good size as compared to Europe standard. Though soundproofing of room was a big issue as lot of noise of traffic in rooms facing main road …. Soundproofing of rooms

Good breakfast, clean, well run hotel. Front desk arrogant and aloof. Not genuinely friendly. On day of check out, I was charged on my credit card at 7am, when I hadn't checked out yet. I travel the world, and never get charged before actual checkout. When I adressed this with front desk, they didn't react very well. Also, for this price and category, complentary water should be provided in the rooms.
