Nice hotel!
-
The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were friendly, polite, and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the other shortcomings. I only stayed here for one night and did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food. The room was very small and felt old and outdated. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant because the ventilation system was connected to the bathroom light, so every time the light was turned on, there was a loud and annoying noise that could not be avoided. The location was also disappointing. It is not particularly close to Milano Centrale railway station and is quite far from the city center, making it less convenient for sightseeing.

Location is best, near metro

The staff was good, the room was clean, breakfast is good but not perfect there was no black english breakfast tea and no omlette, other that every thing was good I do not know if I'm charged twice as I booked in booking and they reseved the amount of booking and I got SMS from the bank that I'm charged, in the day that I've arrived they told me that they released the money and canceled the money reservation, they made me to pay again on arrival to enter the room, still I did not recieved the released amount in the bank... This is a very strange and bad part of the hotel. Other than everything was good and acceptable.

Good

the only positive thing is the price Poor service. We charged 10 euros more than indicated in the booking. All questions about the location of the parking lot and other facilities were answered very reluctantly . the only positive thing is the price. I don't recommend it.

Good choices for Breakfast. Metro station yards away from Hotel for connection with Trains and airport bus to Malpensa and Linate airports from Centrale Statione. Location
-
Good breakfast and hotel staff The room and its facilities, particularly the bed linen material, did not meet expectations.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good. The neigbourhood is not very comfortable to walk late hours alone.

Clean and close to the métro

Very welcoming staff, super helpful! Room was just perfect for my short stay, spacious bathroom, everything was very clean. Overall very pleasant stay!

the location is close to many transportation stations. nice breakfast. small room, the window cannot be opend because they had a problem, heavy key that i need to leave on the desk while im out (not safe)

The staff was very antagonistic and I felt tremendously uncomfortable. Every time you leave the hotel you have someone curtly telling you to leave the key behind (which is apparently somewhat normal in the country, but because of the demeanour of the hotel staff, it made me feel extra uncomfortable). After my second night, I was told I had to suddenly pay more because I had a let a friend store their luggage in my room for one afternoon. I refused because that reason made no sense, but three staff members ganged up on me and yelled at me in Italian. I stopped giving them the key and blocked my door after this for the remainder of my stay, as I was worried they'd try and enter (which they did try once) or steal my possessions. Honestly, the worst hotel I ever stayed at and I would have left if any other hotel was available for my stay.

price/quality ratio

Location was just like perfect. Very close to Loreto metro station. The single room was frighteningly small. No dental kits, no in room coffee/ tea kettles in the room, just basic Shampoo and habdwash foam in toilets.
