The staff was very nice & worked hard to be accommodating. The location was close to San Euro Stadium & we could take the tram there & walk back in 30 minutes safely after a concert. The air conditioning was appalling. After check-in we reported air conditioning was not working. A staff member came up, shrugged & said it was working. Yes, it was blowing out small amounts of warm air but that is not AC. We spent one night sweating in that room, then requested another room which was a little better.

Breakfast was the highlight. Location was also excellent. Tram between Milan Duomo and San Siro was perfect. Room was clean, neat and well maintained. Excellent value for money. The room was not large

The Hotel is located far from the City Center. Tram 16 or Metro 1 and Trolleybus helps to reach the hotel. The Hotel is clean, the breakfast is excellent. The room a bit warm. Next to the Hotel entrance is a food store, you can buy everything. Water, Food etc. The room is a bit warm and the toilet a bit narrow.

Hotel was quiet. Location was good. 10 minute walk to a metro that could take you to the Duomo area. Room was fine. Had a mini-fridge and kettle. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Also complimentary bathroom toiletries. The general area was ok. I was approached a few times by people looking for money and saw one person sleeping on the street but it's was considerably not as bad as my home town. There's a supermarket right next door. And restaurants and takeaways close by. I had breakfast both days i was there and it was great. Lots of choice and never felt rushed to leave the table.the staff were very friendly and welcoming. No issues connecting to the WiFi either. The hotel is not modern. The rooms and decor are quite dated. Aircon was not good. I couldn't get it to turn on below 20°C and leaving the window open at night was not an option. Could hear quite a bit of noise from whatever was going on in the area. And there was a fire escape close by so it was possible the room could be entered if someone had a mind to do so. There was an electronic shutter which I closed during the day to keep the window open. The bathroom, like most older accommodation I've stayed in in Italy, was quite small and for some reason, you had to step up and into the shower cubicle. There was nothing to hold onto and it was about 10 inches of the floor. Having some mobility issues, I decided to forgo the shower on my second day. Was heading home anyway.

The bathroom stinks like drains. I stayed for three nights and the smell didn’t stop as a result all the room was smelling terrible. Also the second day I told the cleaner that I don’t want him to clean my room when I leave because it was already clean and he told me okay and to put the “ do not disturb” card. So I left all my belongings on the table and left the room thinking that he did not enter. When I came back I was disappointed as I saw that he entered
