Staff were friendly and attentive. Our room had a balcony which was nice. Bed was comfortable and room had good storage. Room was very clean, cleaned every day we were there. Location of the hotel was decent, walkable from some bars and restaurants and not far from public transport to get into the centre. We couldn’t find a way to control the heating and it got very hot at night. Our room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke for a few nights, we think it may have been from another guest, however there were very clear non-smoking signs in the rooms.

I like the hospitality and location about the property. It’s like 5 mins walk from tube station. You will find different bars around this property. The staff was really friendly. Everything was good.
