The air conditioning was nice and the courtyard. The bed was not very comfortable and the room quite small. The room was also quite dated and I found the process where you had to hand your key into the reception when you left and collect each time very strange I didn’t like this. It meant anyone could ask for my room key so I didn’t feel super comfortable of my belongings during my stay.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I got a room at the last minute as a prior plan fell through. The room was quiet and comfortable and exactly what I wanted, especially with good air-conditioning in the heat. I was able to get a late checkout, and they very kindly didn't charge me for breakfast. Absolutely would recommend to any solo traveller. I will be back!

It is amazing place, but unfortunately w luggage is terrible to commute, but they provide helpful information to take a gondola. It had too many stairs to go up

We arrived in the night to central station and it was an easy walk to the Hotel. Our room was perfect for my daughter and I and the staff were kind and helpful. We would stay again.

Very unfriendly staff. Only half a toilet roll provided. Bathroom smelt terrible. Sheets were dirty and when trying to sleep, a cockroach crawled across my face.
