Hotel Bonola

Decent hotel with free parking in the neighborhood and reasonably close to Metro line 1 going to the Dome. The coffee is the only aspect worth being mentioned for breakfast. The rest is quite thin.

There aren't t enough plugs, and any plugs close to the bed. I was alone, so it was enough only for me.

It is so hot theres no electric fan and you need to pay 6 euros for the aircon.

I like everything about the place where I stay for one night

However, I didn’t sleep well because the hotel is located very close to the street.

Room floor temperature was cold. Air conditioner worked slowly. Overall in the room was very cold.

The WiFi doesn’t reach the room at all. I had to go down to the lobby several times to use internet.

Nothing, it was very close to my expectations.

- Location is somewhat far from the city, but a metro station is a 10-minute walk away. - Daily room cleaning - Room was clean - LIDL supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away - No fridge in the room. - Air conditioning fee per night I knew what I was getting into when I booked this room. I wanted something affordable, but clean and with AC. I didn't mind the location because it's close to a metro station.

as we were heading to a concert close to the hotel, the location was good.. also close to the airport. breakfast was very poor, the shower was broken.. by the price we paid i would never recommend that.

Rooms very nice, service was nice

All the staff members were extremely kind and helpful (both the Egyptian and the Moroccan gentlemen at the reception, and the Moroccan lady)! They constantly made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The room had AC, which was great considering the heat wave. The breakfast was included in our stay as well (not the fanciest breakfast but it was very nice). The hotel itself is cute with a nice terrace and garden. The room was comfortable enough for our 2 nights stay. The location of the hotel is convenient (around a 10mins walk from the metro station). There weren’t many plugs in the room, only one next to the door and one in the wall where the TV is plugged.

The staff was professional and helpful The air conditioner was not working, and the breakfast was quite modest !

In general the room was fine, not near the city center but well communicate by metro. Some of the personal were really dishonest about the use of the air conditioner and not supplying the remote controller. Offering something that you don't want people to use.
