the room was very clean, cool from the airconditioning, the staff nice and helpful. very close to the metro station which makes visiting Milan easy. Good restaurants around. The rooms are a bit noisy - we could hear other guests closing their doors. You can not adjust the air conditioning temerature in the room.

The balcony was nice and modern shower. The whole room was humid, especially the bathroom where no ac or fan was installed which meant during use we had to open the window which let to many many bugs entering. The room which had AC was not humid and warm at best, and this is after I adjusted the thermostats for the room which was conveniently placed on the ceiling. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows too soft for my taste. Finally the tv in the room had no other options other than live Italian tv, unless you have an HDMI cord and compatible device. I know I sound very upset but in this trip I’ve stayed at hostels and three other non brand hotels and this has been the most uncomfortable, especially for the price. Also I am American so the weather complaint might just be that I’m used to cooler temps. Also the neighborhood was somewhat iffy, and always smelled, the bathroom had no hand soap and after I asked they only said they have shampoo, which is the same as what they provide for you to use. In the four nights we were there for the three of us we were provided two shampoos each to use for washing hands and showering which I felt was odd especially since I had to go ask for the second.

I liked the location, staff were quiet friendly Even if you arrived a bit later you have to wait to check in by 3pm, also it’ll be nice to have a kettle and maybe tea, but I guess that’s not bothersome to some

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful on the free occasions where I needed help, they were great. There was a group in my corridor who made so much noise banging on doors and shouting that I barely slept walking. Any every half hour. But the hotel staff moved my room on request and again were very helpful.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The curtains are blackout, stopping the light to came into the room. There are power outlets next to the bed, and each room is also equipped with a TV. The best thing about the hotel was its location. It was situated right next to an M3 metro station, which provided a direct connection to the Duomo and the city center. The double room was very small, and the bathroom was small as well, although it was still reasonably functional. The bidet was squeezed into a corner, making it difficult to access from one side. It would have been nice to have more shower gel and shampoo. The only toiletries provided in the room were two small sachets of shower gel. The main issue was the air conditioning. It could not be controlled from inside the room because it was part of the building's central air conditioning system, and it did not cool the room very effectively. Another problem was that every day between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.—when cooling was needed the most—the air conditioning was turned off because the system could not handle the demand. All the rooms are located on the first floor, and there is no elevator. The rooms do not have a minibar or any type of refrigerator where you can keep drinks or food cold.

Great price for value. AC was weak

Cheap, clean, room was good for the price No bedside table. Aircon was set quite high (25 degrees) and the controller was on the roof. Luckily I’m 6 foot and by standing on the bed I could just reach it to change. However when I changed it to the coldest (15 degrees) it did not seem to get much colder.

Excellent stay and outstanding customer service! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located. But what amazed us the most was the staff's hospitality. Today, after our check-out, Milan was hit by a brutal +36°C heatwave. When we returned to pick up our luggage before our late flight, the staff kindly allowed us to use the shared shower to freshen up. This is a next-level customer care! Thank you so much for saving our day, we highly recommend this place!

The bathroom sink was clogged, and the water wouldn’t drain.
