Clean hotel with good air conditioning just steps away from the M4 metro line. Great hotel if you have an early flight from Linate airport. Reasonably priced with a nice breakfast.

Friendly concierges, excellent location. Hardwood floors are nice and clean but one night we could hear the guest above is stomping around in heels and dropping stuff at 6am.

Hotel staff provided helpful maps and information about site-seeing, restaurants, and metro/train lines. It is literally across the street from the metro with one change if traveling from Central Station. The breakfast offered lots of variety.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great location in a peaceful neighborhood, 1 min away from M4 Bolivar metro station. Multiple supermarkets and restaurants in the area.

Staff were great. Wifi was great. Areas were all clean. Location good with station on the corner. Room decor dated and dark. No bar. Shower was like standing under a tap.

Location just off Bolivar (Blue Metro line.) Staff are very professional. Clean. Great breakfast. Our room (311) didn’t cool down as we had hoped. Not sure if there was a limit on the Air conditioner but may have been at its max.

We could park for free in front of the hotel for one night. Technically parking is for local residents only, but the receptionist told us that it was likely OK till 5am when we had to leave. Since we were checking out before breakfast was offered, the receptionist also offered to provide us with breakfast to go bags in the morning. Rooms were tiny by American standards.

The location, right next to a metro station, is great. The value for money is excellent. The room was clean, though a bit on the small side, bathroom as well. The staff was perfect - explaining, addressing requests, always with a smile and a ‘can do’ attitude. Breakfast was very nice. And last, if you come with a car this is a perfect spot, outside the ZTL and with a parking garage. Zip

Cleaning staff started cleaning early in the morning at 8:00 AM with a lot of noise even made us awaken from our sleep. We warned them to be more quite but they continued to make noise.

Very convenient location, front desk staff was helpful with questions about the local neighborhood. A little noisy in one of the rooms facing the street, but otherwise very comfortable.
