All reception staff were very nice and helpful. Good location beside a metro stop. A bit old fashioned kind of style of the rooms, however it was comfortable enough, so wouldn't really say this as negative.

The hotel is right next to a subway station that takes you to the city center, and close to the tram to go to the central train station. On foot it takes about half an hour to reach the Duomo, which is a nice walk through historic neighborhoods. The location is busy, there are many restaurants and supermarkets and other shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful anytime I spoke to them. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good. My room was very tiny which is often the case with single rooms, the window was facing some walls and didn't have any view. There wasn't any net against mosquitoes and quite a few came in when I tried to sleep with the window open.

The hotel location was central with access to the Metro, buses and trams. It is adjacent to the main shopping strip of Milan with lots to do. The overall experience was positive.

Location near every thing ,the metro station and market Staff was very kind esp Mauro and Antonio Hotel renovated well Kitchen and breakfast was v good The elevator is very narrow and tight They gave me room in the last floor but there was many rooms in the down levels

Facilities, staff,location and breakfast. The room was impacted by outside street noises and would benefit from double glazed windows. In the short term ear plugs at night could be beneficial.

The staff were extremely helpful, loved the location and proximity to supermarket and public transportation and restaurants. We like to have a water kettle in our room and did not have one.
