location the most useless staff I've ever met in my life

Not having a private bathroom and the noise. You can hear everything.

The receptionist was very helpful and understanding! The smoke smell was coming throughout the hallway at night! But not in the room.. the smokers should go at an airy place to avoid smoke smelling... siping through the hallways!

Cleanliness, natural light, dysfunctional drain in shower - the list seems long. Additionally, there was noisy construction going on during my stay.

The room is quite small, the bathroom let's not talk about it, when you take a shower, there is water everywhere. The biggest problem was the soundproofing: we hear EVERYTHING, the people in the hallway are as if they were in your room, we were awake every morning because of that. And you should make real pillows available.

Only the location but even then I would pick any other hotel It was dirty, cigarette butts in the bathroom and hair on the floor. The bathroom was outdated and the shower was next to the toilet which meant the room flooded when you had a shower, the whole thing stunk of urine. The wifi didn’t reach my room and the receptionist just shrugged it off and did nothing, not helpful staff at all. The whole place was loud and stunk. Would not recommend even if on a budget. Was not worth the price at all

There was no air conditioning. That day there was 35 degrees celsius in Milan. Also all night there was telephone ringing and after 12 midnight there was nobody to pick the phone. Telephone ☎️ ringing was very loud. As a result I didn't have enough sleep

The room is fine. The location is convenient to the metro, It is not in the touristic part of town, but a short metro trip away. The shared bathroom situation works fine, it is just across the hall, and actually there are 2 bathrooms, so it maybe actually convenient if you have more than 2 people in your group. The can keep your luggage in the "lobby" after check out, but they charge for it.

An inexpensive hotel (just for one night; otherwise it's terrible to stay) close to the Milan central station (around 15 minutes walk) and close to the Duomo di Milano (around 20 minutes walk). It's OK only for one night; otherwise, it's terrible to stay. Really dirty bathroom with a lot of unremoved mess on the floor and walls. The bed was also noisy with any movement.

Absolutely nothing. The most horrible place to stay. Common toilet and shower, dirty room, dirty toilet, dirty shower, receptionist girl - is a someone who shouldn’t work with clients, there is not any communication skill at all.

The room was too small for three people, impassable and cramped. There was no hand soap in the toilet and only a toilet paper roll with one paper hanging. The noise from the reception was heard all night long. The room did not have a remote control for the TV The TV was impossible to watch from any corner of the room due to the installation position.
