Pros: Good Location, friendly service, very clean apartment and bathroom, modern bathroom Cons: small corridors in the building, expensive and price-perfomance ratio not good, with that price i expected something bigger.

Everything was excellent. Cleaning every day, kettle and fridge inside. Sagrada nearby, but streets nearby are pretty calm. The bathroom was my favorit in this jorney

Entire stay was ruined by loud noise at 8 am. I guess the hotel did not care at all about hammers smashing the rooftop.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and it was a pleasant surprise. We booked a room for 4 and it was very comfortable, there was a terrace outside our room which was great , it was very clean, in a great location within easy access to central station and also the tram to go into the city and the best thing was the warm welcome we received from Maria at reception from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I would highly recommend this property

Nothing they didn’t even let us in Horrible customer service. Owners are nasty they took advantage of us we booked at 10:53 they accepted the booking knowing they wouldnt let us inside because there would be no concierge. Dont even have 24hr concierge service like every single hotel. We asked nicely for a refund and they didnt refund us just took our money and marked us as a no-show. Dont stay here horrible ppl.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the Metro and Milano Centrale station. Maria at the reception was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with arranging taxis during the train strike in Milan at the time of our visit. Her support made our stay much easier.
