B&B Hotel Milano Central Station

Bien situé, près de restaurants et de la gare, mes plus basses évaluations vont au fait qu’on a eu plusieurs problèmes en notre séjour: porte de chambre ouverte et brisée, ils ont essayé de la réparer et on n’est même restées enfermées dehors de notre chambre. Ensuite le lendemain on nous a donné une autre chambre et là pas d’air climatisé durant 3 jours à 36 degrés dehors. Comme on était le wknd ils n’ont pas réparé et le lundi ils ont que là c’était réparé mais ce n’était pas vrai. Ils nous ont donné de l’eau et déjeuner gratuit, mais on ne voulait plus visiter car on était épuisées sans dormir vraiment. On a demandé a changer de chambre ou un fan. Rien obtenu. Lire ci-haut

The location is only 5 minutes walk to central station. Clean room comfy bed and nice and friendly staff. Hair dryer and soap/shampoo in the bathroom, towels changed everyday and mini fridge. Close to the restaurants, Asian store and Carrefour. We stayed for 4 nights, the first 2 nights the AC working so well but the last 2 nights the AC did not work so we couldn't sleep well. Also there is no kettle/coffee/tea/cups, only 2 little box of water provide in the room.

The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Good experience

Clean and good value. Staff kept our luggage in a locker after we checked out too Ac was limited to 24 deg Celsius which is hot for US residents.

Staff was very accoumodating. Rooms were fairly clean and furnished. Location was great with good restaurants walking distance. Breakfast was not at all bad. The showers need some maintenance work. Need night stands at the bed side.

Loved the breakfast, so many nice options and laid out nicely. Close to the train station.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Even they provide the free locker facility to store luggage before and after checkin checkout. Good wifi. Breakfast was decent. We faced this just once, Bathroom flush the water was not stopping, but the staff was very polite and quick and he solved that issue in like 3 minutes.

The room was just okay. Nothing horrible nor nothing outstanding. The staff were disconnected from the guests and, although not rude, simply disinterested in helping.

Good location and staff, nice neighborhood. The room was really comfortable. The property is close to the central station, great for travelers. The shower box was small and the door was not closing, so there was water all over the floor.

The door is very hard to open, you can hear people’s talking next room
