The room was clean and had A/C (really hot weather in Milan) so in that sense it was a good place to stay for one night. The hotel had a very strange system to enter the building from the street. There was no code, no key given to us so we had to call someone to open the main door remotely. We even had to call this person in the middle of the night when we came back from a restaurant!

Wifi was great. Get the feeling that the rooms were recently updated. Each room had their own water heater and the place was very clean. Will need whatsapp to get codes but not everyone has that app.

Our check-in was great and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our stay was very pleasesant and we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. We weren't keen on the way to enter building with codes etc but understand it is best for them. Entry process into the building but not a bid deal.

Close to the station and the metro stops, the terrace would have been nice but it heat wave prevented us from enjoying it. Room was nice, bed was comfy, it was quiet out of the city sounds. Lots of restaurants close by. Our AC just did not want to really work well and it was during the heat wave!! They tried to fix we were told… but still barely worked.

Location is good, close to the central station. The lady at reception was very polite and helpful. The property was hard to find at first.

The location was accessible to restuarants, supermarkets and train station. My room just infront of the reception desk and door opens straigtht into room. There is no strick privacy.

Entrance experience - it's not like you have a single door from the street to the hotel. You need to open the entrance door with an online key, then come up one floor to get to the actual hotel entrance. That's not a problem for me, but it could be for someone less techy/older.

I loved the location! Tucked away by a green area close to the train station. Slept in my first round bed ever at this hotel! Mattress was super comfortable. Bathroom was modern and renovated. Loved the courtyard! Wish there were food options at the hotel. Would have loved pastries or some kind of breakfast. Also wish there was staff at checkout in the morning.

The property was clean and modern. The main problem we had was that we booked this place as a family of 4 on our quick layover in Milan. We were never told that the hot water is only one very small broiler, therefore only one person can shower every hour or so. Of course we all needed to shower in the morning to catch our 10am train before we left which resulted in 3 of us ( including my 9 year old son) left to take a shower with cold water. Why rent a property to a family of 4 and not explain the hot water situation. It is December and an ice cold shower was not something we had anticipated.

Wifi was slow and spotty. Bath drips water on the floor despite the door being closed. Hot water (electric thermotank) runs out quickly for more than 2 people. The entrance door mechanism is quite complicated, if you don't have internet on your phone, you.are locked out.

Perfect location especially if you need to be near the central train station in Milan and metro or if you need an easy way to get to Malpensa aiport so very convenient for sure. . Huge plus was it very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood / area was very nice and lively with restaurants by your feet literally. Was not expecting that being close to the cantrale station but it was a very pleasent surprise. Since arriving to milan little after dinner time due to delayed train from the south of italy there was noone at the reception when we found the finally apartment around 21 09 (9pm) and it was not very well marked on the outside. Thankfully someone from the staff sent us updates and instructions via WhatsApp in the order to enter in the building and into the apartment etc. It was abit stressfull not knowing beforehand that the reception was not open when we were expected to arrive between 19-20 which ended to be around 9pm due to unforseen situation with the train we came with had a delay for about an hour. Also we did not find any remote control for the tv and it being evening we had no way of asking for that to be solved. It would have been very nice to have access to a relaxing tv time before bed after a long day of traveling.

Clean, easy to manage, modern

The property was clean and close to everything especially to the main train station and metro. The staff were amazing and the place was very clean. Overall I thought the hotel was very good. My only suggestion would be making sure you (the guest) have access to the internet to make check in easier.

We were only staying here for a couple of hours as we only needed a place to stay after dinner and before an early flight. I booked a room with twin beds, Emailed (never got a reply) and had my Partner call to ensure that all goes well. We even booked a transfer with them from airport and back to airport so arrival & departure times were clearly indicated. Several times we noted that we would arrive late. On arrival, we found a king bed. I was asked to seperate the beds but we did not have linnen. then the operator stopped answering. the room was very hot and there was no aircon (we realised later when we opened the balcony to let some air in and noticed that it was not even installed despite being listed as an amenity on booking.com - there is visible wiring and copper waiting for the outdoor unit). we couldn't keep the window open too long as it was too loud outside. we paid good money to be there for 4 hours, sadly all the hype was not worth. We booked a taxi with the hotel to pick us up from airport, we were picked up with a renault clio and we couldn't even fit in the back! thank fully we were travelling light. I doubt the car is commercially insured! the next morning to our dismay it was the same small car! asides from the room being clean, this was a nightmare!

The room was clean. Instructions were clear. But most of all the kindness, understanding and the helpfulness I got from the receptionist was unmatched. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. Would have been a little better if the reception was open before 11.00.

Loved the place. The suite was very clean, everything was all set. Just the sofa bed not so comfortable but it was quite ok for a short stay. I definitely will come back if ever in milan.
