Very friendly staff, great location, love that it’s a bit different

The staff were really friendly and got to know our faces really quickly. The decor of the hotel is really colourful and it’s a short walk away from the train station and metro. Comfy beds and lots of room for a great price.

This hotel was very close to the main train station and to public transport stations which meant it was very easy to get around the city. The staff were super friendly and we enjoyed the free coffee & snacks available. The rooms were a very good size, comfortable and extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Milan.

We will definitely book this hotel again when back in Milan. We were very happy with our room, the staff were very friendly and it is well located for airport connections at the train station.

Very central and funky. The water did not run ourt of the tap for a bath so well. My 80 year old mother had and aching back . We filled the bath up from the shower but could not get it warm enough. Was not aware of the shutter for window being able to open

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. The location was also very convenient, with the central station just a short walk away and easy access to the city centre, making it a great base for exploring the area. The bathroom looked quite tired and could definitely use some updating. It wasn't possible to take a proper shower because the shower head wouldn't stay in place. The bathtub was very narrow, and the water didn't drain properly, leaving it to pool while showering. The sink taps were also rusted, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained.
