We got upgraded to a room in a building around the corner. It was a massive room, very quiet and with a safe, a fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso machine. The shower was big but it took ages before the water was even lukewarm. Even though it was hot outside I didn’t fancy a freezing cold shower.

They gave us a free upgrade as it was out honeymoon and it was super clean and one of the most spacious rooms I have ever been to in Europe

The facilities are good and also the location The staff at this hotel especially the one we had was really not good, he is totally not cooperative. They refused to help as while they are doing construction work every morning literally above on our heads.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, hotel molto accogliente grazie al personale della reception, anche la location mi é sembrata sicura e facile da raggiungere, anche in macchina. Il parcheggio privato c’é, ma non é incluso nella tariffa, costa 30 euro al giorno.

Location was spot on, 8 min walk to Milan centrale station, beautiful restaurant around on the corner, as you turn right coming out the main door. Hotel very modern, clean, lots of towels, flat pillows which I love. Quiet too. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay Nothing at all. It was all good

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. Staff were very helpful. It is within walking distance of the station. The neighbourhood was friendly. There were lots of restaurants around.
