No elevator, the smell of the room are not good., small shower and bathroom, no aircondition, bed are small., limitted socket for charging.

Nothing Police knocked my door 3am to check my documents, exactly 3am overnight. I was sleeping with underwear, full of headache, woke up scaried and I was questioned for about 30 minutes. I definitely lost my night for nothing and I had to travel early the next day.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was super nice and polite. Great location, you have metro and a bus stop right next to the hotel. There are also markets and cafes really close. Overall, if you l are looking for more affordable hotel in milan this is the perfect one for you. If i go to milan again i will stay at this hotel again for sure

it was clean and the staff was amazing! very very hot during the summer! there no ac, and there is a fan, it just doesn’t work well at all. we were sweating all night long and even going to the room couldn’t keep us cool in the Milan heat.

It’s good for two nights not more Facilities were the worst because the room doesn’t have any fan and it was very hot at this time plus the shower head was broken and the towels smelled so bad

Awful awful - no sleep!! Loud all night!!! Probably only 2 rooms booked and right next to us, and so loud! With our daughter and we all wanted to leave in the middle of the night!!! Hotel is disgusting and so disappointing!!
