I loved the neighborhood it was very safe, i loved that it was so well connected to the city center and other parts of the city and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I really don’t have any complaints and i mean that.

Clean room and bathroom, a lot of space to put your stuff, excellent location with metro 2 minutes from the hotel, cental station within 15 minutes, and supermarket right across the street. Nice and helpful staff.

The location is perfect, it is near to the metro station, the stores, bars, cafes BUT the tram goes exactly in front of the balcony and it is too noisy. The staff is excellent. The tram drives in front of the balcony and it has too loud noise, also the room itself was being cleaned by the cleaner but some staff in the room was a bit dirty. I would add eggs to the breakfast

Convenience from Centrale and metro stops near-by. A shop is right opposite so very useful. The hotel is right on a tram line which made it impossible to get a good night sleep. The noise of the trams going by were incredibly loud and they shook the room. Our bathroom also had a very strong smell which was unpleasant. Breakfast was very basic. One type of juice on offer with water, if you don’t drink hot drinks like us it is rather disappointing.

Very neat. Clean. Ac is perfect. Tv very good with flexibility and multichannel. Shower is powerful and towels are multi and clean. Location is middle. Not too near or far from main train station. However. You are in the middle of coffees food and supermarket. The tram is stopping in front door. There was breakfast but i didnt tried it. I stayed only one night. The room is too small. Not good for someone who has too many luggages or used to wide space. There is no lift. But my room was on the first floor. Up. Sometimes some noises from other rooms. You can hear clearly the sound of tram. Yet not very noisy.

Rooms are clean There is no lift. It’s impossible to lift the luggage to the room. No staff to carry your luggage also.

Location is good because it's 2 minutes to metro station. Staff is friendly so much. Reception is open 24 hours. The room is enough and has s balcony which is nice .

The property was a good location for what we needed. You are right next to the tram station so it’s very loud at night. The air conditioning does not work so it is very hot at night. The bathroom was quite dirty.
