A lovely hotel in a residential area of Milan, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was ok, but for some reason I expected a little more than what I was given. When checking out, I asked if I could leave my suitcase with reception as I wanted to explore Milan before leaving for Lake Como later in the day. The receptionist did not seem friendly and did not offer any alternatives, only that my request could not be accommodated. I had to use chatgpt to learn that Milan Central will happily hold any luggage.

I really liked the large and beautiful garden. It was a peaceful and enjoyable place to relax during my stay. There was a strong unpleasant smell in both the room and the bed sheets. The room was also much smaller than expected. In addition, there seems to be an issue with the bathroom plumbing or ventilation system. Whenever guests in other rooms used their bathrooms, a bad odor would come into my bathroom, even when I wasn’t using it. This made the stay uncomfortable and affected the overall experience.

Small rooms with very basic furniture, clean but very dated bathroom, rooms are not soundproofed one can hear noise from the corridor as well as from the neighboring rooms.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Amazing hotel garden. The breakfast buffet does not offer much variety, however delicious. Coffee was excellent. The Wifi signal is not stable at all.

Charming and clean. Loved park like setting in back patio. Loved ease of luggage storage. Loved water station. Staff were very nice! Not fault of property but fireworks set off at 3 am and street traffic is audible in room.

Great Location, great staff, very nice hotel, room was simple but convenient with nice view. The lobby and the garden is a piece of art. The room is simple, a bit expensive for what it offers.

The entry space was absolutely stunning with a beautiful view toward the park-like property behind the hotel. Facilities were exceptionally clean, the rooms were booked were comfortable and the breakfast was great as well. Maybe that the AC didn’t work yet, but it was April and opening the windows allowed for enough fresh air to come in and cool down the room.

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the metro station. It is also adjacent to a very lovely park and neighborhood. The hotel offers breakfast with a great variety, including gluten free food. The mini fridge is making weird noise all night long, which makes it a bit hard to fall asleep for light sleepers. The wall is also not very soundproof and can hear my neighbors

It was clean, calm and everyone was super polite. It would be great to have some hair conditioner in the bathroom and a bathrobe

I have to say, wow, the place is gorgeous and the lobby hall is very photogenic and our room is fantastic and I had a great sleep. We arrived very early but the staff let us leave our lugguages so we could travel around more freely. Thank you so much. Love all of it!!!

Very comfortable hotel with large rooms and nice bathroom. Good location very close to a metro stop and able to get to the major sites over a couple of metro stops. Breakfast had decent options. Staff working the front desk were variable in helpfulness and friendliness; some were great and some seemed annoyed to be asked any questions.

Great location, very safe walking around at night. Right next to a metro stop. The hotel was nice and clean.
