I've been coming to this hotel for 4 years now on and off for work. As in most businesses the people make the difference. At this specific hotel the people go above and beyond always. Its not one specific person its everyone. From the checkin to next mornings breakfast. You feel that there is something extra here. The benefit of traveling all over the world for work allows me to see so many different luxury hotels and I can say hands down this is one of the best. The rooms are beautiful and always clean and ill repeat again the people are simply fantastic. See yall again next time N/A

The room was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom clean and big. The view from the breakfast area was breathtaking, so gorgeous! All the staff were very polite and accommodating. There is a street construction going on around the hotel area and most of the taxis could not drop me in the reception area. Maybe the hotel could notice applications like Google Maps that there is a way to go to the reception area.

The breakfast was delicious, the service was always very pleasant and friendly. One felt very welcomed.

China town is very close. I mean you come to italy to see European and Italian architecture. But you see Chinese on the street and chinese stores.

Location: 9/10 Great location that's well-connected and within easy reach of many nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for exploring Milan without being right in the chaotic center. I think the location wasn’t the most convenient for walking around and exploring

Very friendly staff; good location in Chinatown. Beds are big and very comfortable. Not a 5-star hotel. Basic dishes like avocado toasts cost EUR 19 extra for the included breakfast (and are not worth the price), facilities are a bit run-down and cleanliness only okay. The bathroom door in the room does not close properly and you hear every sound from the hallway.

It’s a hip, contemporary hotel. Clean! Great staff. It was our first time in Milan so I’m not an expert on location. We took a cab to get to the city center. It’s not a 5 minute walk.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team always cleaned it on time. The breakfast did not meet my expectations, as the quality and variety were below average.

This is my 2nd visit to the hotel where I spent one night before my flight. I have been given room 123 which was amazing and has a good terrace. - The price. - Car parking charge.

The location is quite good and away from the crowds. Some noises coming from the AC vent. The receptionist compensated me when I told them about it when I checked out which was a nice gesture from him.
