Great location- close to railway station,bus,metro, good staff, very clean room. We had a bootle of nice shampoo, body lotion and soap. Everything was great. No breakfast available

very close to the train station The AC doesn’t work. The shower was dirty and the shower head was broken. The check out process took a long time. We were there only for one night and needed to rest to continue our trip early the next morning and it was impossible to rest mainly due to the uncomfortable temperature in the room. we had to open the window to have some air but it was extremely noise outside.

30 mins before checkin, hotel told us the boiler broke down and offer us to move to another hotel in different location which unfortunately doesn¿t work for us. In the end, the hotel told us the boiler is fixed but it¿s not! No compensation whatsoever

Location was perfect,good value for the price ,in general was ok for one night stay No hot water,no accessories, a little.noise during the night,no receptionist if u needed something after 19:00 o clock

Nice room! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was all clean and with good water. The lady in the reception was super nice and helped me with a birthday note in the room Iron :) but isn't extremely important

Only good thing was the location in Milan No coffee available in the room. Also, the rooms were filled with the smell of other people smoking. As non-smokers this was very unpleasant. Don't book room 708 if an non-smokers.

Location close to Stazione Centrale, bed was good Room on the small side. Even more so the elevator. Guests with claustrophobia should consider other options. The hotel is on the 7th floor of an office building. Nothing wrong with that, just so that you know.
