They only accept cash for the key card deposit. If foreign travellers don't have cash and pay by card instead, they keep the €5 deposit. They told me this policy is clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions, but honestly, who reads the T&Cs? I can only imagine how much money is collected this way from international guests. My suggestion to the reception would be to adapt to modern travel habits—most people no longer carry cash. Accepting card payments for the deposit and refunding them accordingly would be a much fairer and more customer-friendly solution.

Bisogna pagare 5€ di cauzione per la chiave della stanza, già di per sé una cosa ridicola, ma se paghi con la carta non ti ridanno indietro i soldi cosa che trovo inaccettabile nel 2026.

The mid-night stuff wasn't so friendly, the room was quiet small to put 5 people inside of it.

This was honestly one of the cleanest hostels I’ve stayed in during my travels around Italy. The facilities were well maintained, and everything felt comfortable and organized. Nothing

The AC listed here is only turned on whenever the manager of the property feels like it. When it was turned on one of the three nights (two separate stays) I was there, it was set to 25 C (about 77f), and it was so weak that I was sleeping literally right under it on the top bunk and didn’t notice until the morning when I woke up sweating.

Is the best hostel in Milan. The place is bright. Have good facilities and the people from reception are really kind and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Location and 24 hours reception desk were good. Bathroom could be cleaner. Also the room door opening and closing was a bit loud and not comfortable for other people sleeping in the dorm.

In general it was clean, nice and normal for the Value ( price) If u want to lock ur locker, bring smaller padlock because big ones doesnt work . Or buy there. You can hear everyone and every step from other rooms , a bit strange and disturbing in the night but not the Worst.
