We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very well communicated before arrival and check-in was smooth and easy. The reception team was exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive, and a special thank you to Emma for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, very central, close to the Duomo and right next to the Metro. The building and rooms have a beautiful Milanese character, and the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The building’s location Dirty stuff of the previous guest. When I reported to the “reception” the stuff was not moving but only “take a note”. Then I received a ridiculous voucher for a next trip in the same chain of apartments. Even not of the pay me the total stay ! No one cleaning my room but only a voucher for a next time ! Ridiculous. After this “detail” the main problem. AFTER YOU BOOK, you receive a message about construction noises nearby, and they give you earplugs. Not the money back! Impossible to sleep, bad service, ridiculous client assistance, noise and dirty stuff present and dirty balcony. Avoid if you can.

Excellent location, just couple of minutes by walk from Duomo. Super clean studio, enough space for family, large bathroom, all main kitchen facilities. Thanks to all staff for great experience in Milano!

Excellent location. Reception staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay but when we arrived especially. Clean and spacious with cooking facilities. The sofa bed was slightly low and uncomfortable but we were very tired so still slept well.

The front desk staff was incredibly kind and professional The check in process is a little difficult and there's no staff at night. We got locked out of the place late at night

Numa was overall a good hotel and great value. There was loads of space in the apartment and plenty of room for a family of 5. The host was very help and spoke English, which was a bonus. There was also a laundry with a dryer that is free and was very helpful when travelling. Bathroom setup was a bit awkward and didn't have a lock on the door. Also trying to find the actual location of the hotel was difficult, as the door was hidden and signage was not obvious.

Very central and close to the subway and train. It was very convenient to check in/ut and open the doors. The apartment is fresh and clean. The aircondition is quite noisy.
