Comfortable bed, great shower, and fantastic breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cool enough on hot days. We were very happy with our room and returned a couple of weeks later. Our second room was not as large, but it was comfortable. There was no place to put clothes in our second room. There were a few hangers, but no shelves. Just an open hangining rack. A bit of street noise at the front of the building.

The bathroom is big, the shower is nice. Everything is clean. Almost no amenities in the room. Even cotton buds have to be requested through the room service. The shower gel is also for hair, which feels pretty cheap to us. No conditioner (even after requesting). No sanitary bags. The TV is not connected to the internet so impossible to cast. It's Italian TV or nothing. I think you do not have a lot of space to empty your suitcase. No complimentary water: you have to be ready to buy some bottles in a grocery shop nearby or pay for the mini bar (3€ for water). They declined our request for water. The tap water has a chemical taste which personally is not my cup of tea. The AC was hard to control, either too strong or too weak for us. The room is not sound proof. Any activity in the corridor feels to happen in the room. It woke us up multiple times every single night. You only get a single flat pillow per person by default, but we requested extra ones and they were delivered promptly. The lighting in the room is very agressive and is motion based in the bathroom. I personally dislike this strongly. Overall we did not feel comfortable in this place and it was ultimately the kind of stay where you try to avoid the hotel as much as possible, which was possible thanks to the good location !

I liked that slippers were provided. I wish I could list more positives, but unfortunately nothing comes to mind. The room had a truly offensive odor that was especially present in the bedding, an amplified mix of damp and smoke and I am not sure what else as I have never smelled anything quite like that awful smell before. Even after the bed linens were changed, the new linens still had the same bad smell, so there was no point in changing rooms. There was also an unpleasant smell on all floors of the hotel, not just mine. Only the lobby area smelled okay. The WC and bidet had streak marks running down them—they should have been wiped off properly as the WC and bidet should always be spotless. The water in the shower never got hot enough, and the soundproofing was the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel—the loud noises from both outside and within the hotel were relentless. Between the sounds and the smell, a restful sleep was pretty much impossible. Due to the lighting being linked to a motion sensor, the lights would go off during awkward times such as when using the toilet! There was no bar soap available at all, only liquid soap. Although some of the staff were nice, some were not very polite or friendly, in fact a bit rude. I should also mention that there was no option to indicate Do Not Disturb / No Need to Tidy the Room when you left the room, only while you were in the room.

Amazing location. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast is good. They didn’t have a mosquito net on nether of the windows, and the AC doesn’t work. Which is quite bad as you can imagine late spring/summer.

The room only had two small pillows. when I went down to the front desk to ask for more they said no more were available that each room only got two.

It is a beautiful hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Our room was small but it was fine for one night. The shower is incredible. There was no coffee machine in the room. There’s little soundproofing, so you can hear people in the hallway.

I only stayed overnight before leaving Milan. It was clean and very easy to get around the property The restaurant only has frozen options on their main menu for Italian options

The hotel is modern and latest Fashioned , it was launched nearly 2 months ago Everything was perfect, breakfast was nice Check in was very quick, Micheal in reception was very cooperative and warm welcome us. He represent how the the hotel team is eager to succeed. Location is few steps from Loreto underground M1 just get out from the right exit otherwise you will cross 5 traffic light across the square to arrive the hotel Small thing, in our room Air condition outlet was not in direction of the bed area, so it take time to feel it keep bathroom door closed to allow cold air distributing across room space and not delay the feeling of the air conditions

New and clean The wifi did not work in our room. I tried with many other devices and also with my husband phone, but it is not successful. I informed the reception, the lady at the reception did not interested at all, she was telling that it works everywhere and it is my problem ?. She offered only to check it next day, although I had a meeting with USA and I was staying only for 1 night. I asked again later to check, I asked to offer give me some temporary solution, there was another wifi for staff with restricted password, I asked them at least to help me with these… I was the one proposing solutions but they did not help or react AT ALL, in the middle of Milan at 4 stars hotel. The attitude is not acceptable at all!!!!!

Very modern, sleek, clean We decided the morning after we checked in to have breakfast at the hotel- because we said no to breakfast at check-in we had to pay full price for breakfast even though we were paying guests there?
