Staff was extremely nice, they upgraded us on arrival and was fully available during the whole stay. Breakfast was nice and home made with nice "a la carte" options as well. Really recommended!

You will get a very small room with barely enough space for your luggage. The wardrobe is only suitable for a single traveler. The terrace is spacious, but I would have preferred some of that space to be added to the room instead. There is also very little privacy, as the terraces are separated only by small plants. Another factor that may prevent you from enjoying the terrace is the presence of insects and ants.

The stuff was very good and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast are quite good for Italy. The hotel is close to the centre but not too much and it's very quiet location.

I loved this hotel and the staff. I arrived in the morning after a long-haul flight from Australia and on discovering this, the staff helped me to find a room that was available early so that I could check in and rest; it was so thoughtful and very much appreciated! The room was clean, modern and perfect for my stay. Also very central and within a close walking distance to the Duomo and the centre, with many cafe options along the way. Will definitely stay here again. N/A

Loved the location, and the modern atmosphere of the hotel. Food in the restaurant was very good. We did not like the fact that we had to ask the hotel staff to activate the air conditioning of the room from their command center.

Lovely room, quiet hotel. Great shower and bed. The lounge and atrium were disappointing. Outdoor ashtrays were not emptied so the area was dirty and smelled. Service was hit or miss. The first night service was great, the second time we visited we couldn't get served (although it wasn't busy). Very disappointing.

Solid 4-star accommodations. Comfortable, clean, well maintained, quiet, excellent customer service. 15 minutes walk from Duomo meant less noise and tourist traffic. Trolley runs by front door. The Lounge has a beautiful courtyard, but the included breakfast is served in -1: missed opportunity for excellence.
