The staff was very kind and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony, which made the stay even more pleasant. The bathroom amenities were quite limited. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work properly at night, which made the room very humid and uncomfortable. I often woke up feeling too warm due to the humidity in the room.

The location, just outside the ZTL, is outstanding. It's a 15 minute walk to the Last Supper and 30 minute walk to the Duomo. The room is a bit cramped and the decor is dated. There's no parking. We paid 35e per night to stash the car. Breakfast is not included. 10e per day and if you just want coffee it's 2e a cup.

Good location, not far away from Metro station just 8 min to walk. Location is calm, not noisy. Hotel is easy to find. We've arrived quit late, but the staff was on the line, so no problem to reach it. The hotel has old building smell starting from the entrance hall finishing to the hotel rooms. The breakfast did not had any hot food option and vegetables or salats (cherry tomatoes only). The breakfast staff communication seemed like we were bothering them with our presence.

A clean and charming place without any extra luxuries. Good location with only a tram ride from the centre and a tram ride from the Navigli area. Staff was friendly.

Great neighborhood, nice staff, overall pretty comfortable, bi-i-ig balcony! The shower isn't too comfortable. The room isn't noise-proofed enough.

It was a decent hotel with clean facilities and boring breakfast. maybe it’s part of the charm, but the floor squeaks every time you walk on it. For Milan, this is reasonable price for its value . The staff could have been more friendlier? no? But maybe this is also part of the charm of Milan? People are too busy to be nice or friendly? Just like every other big city?
