Scarlatti Hotel Milano

The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The room size was excellent compared to many other hotels. The staff were very friendly, helpful, professional, and always available whenever needed. Check-in was quick and effortless. The location was excellent just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Staff at the Breakfast was excellent. Her name is Georgia! Nice clean hotel. conveniently located walking distance from the train station.

The staff was super nice and competent. Farid made everything easier, he was very nice and helpful , I’ve stayed in many hotels and I truly think the staff here was amazing

The family room we got was cery comfortable, with one section having the 2 twin beds and the other sector, a bit more enclosed with the double bed. Room was modern, spacious for EU. The breakfast was a great highlight with everything that both american or EU could want. Super well located in relation to metro or train station but the neighborhood was a bit schetchy, particularly when it gets later in the day.

Everything was brand new. The location is not bad, near the central rail station. the room was spacy. I have nod had a breakfast. The room temp was set on 20oC when outside was 32oC. It was too cold. I tried to change it with no success. I weent to the reception and tell them to set it on 24-25oC. After 3 hours temp remained at 20oC. I had to open the external window Free wifi was not working. without pass and everybody inside what to expect. They have not inform me that a paid wifi version was available. Sustainability is not a known word in this hotel.

Location The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter. Also I’m not a fan of the floor I wish it had carpet or area rugs

Very close to the train station and very peaceful at night. The team at reception were amazing and accommodated my early arrival without any complications.

We had a great stay. Hotel is clean and modern and very close to train station. Very convenient for someone who is traveling through Milan. We did not spend alot of time in the neighborhood, but there seems to be a pretty vibrant night scene in the area.

Modern hotel Location is close to the train station. It does not feel the safest.

The property is near to Milan Central Station. It is convenient as a base for traveling to other parts of Italy for a day trip. It is also convenient to find restaurants & gelato around the hotel. There is a supermarket 5 mins away. The housekeeping (Chinese lady) is efficient & meticulous. This hotel is towards the back of the station & this area is sketchy. Did not feel safe after nightfall. Luckily we stay in summer & when we return to hotel at 9pm it is still daylight. Breakfast should have more variety or change menu every few days. We stayed for 4 nights & got quite bored by 2nd day. Kettle, cups need to be requested at the reception.

The room just fit the 3 of us with excellent, comfy beds, an efficient layout and a good bathroom with an amazing shower. Very clean and modern. Fast elevator and nice lobby. Lighting was very good around beds and reading areas but poor around the mirrors.

The Staff was really friendly and helpful, we arrive before the checking as our flight was early in the morning, and they let us get in, and provided us an upgrade. Only on the first day I had to call the reception because the AC was not working, the other days everything went fine. The pillows could be better.

The view outside of the window is showing some shops and man lurking around, but other than that it was one of the best hotels I have ever been to.

Excellent hotel, very clean, modern, 5 mins from Central Railway Station. Staff very friendly and very accommodating..

Modern, clean, remodeled tastefully, and close to Milano Centrale. 1). My room was on the Main Street and the ab ligaments store across the street was noisey all day with non-Italians as if it were a hangout or meeting place or maybe somewhere illegal things were happening. It was a bit scary for a solo female to go outside. 2) the room was FREEZING! I tried to adjust thermostat in the room to no avail. Talked to front desk and first time a nice young man said just turn off the aircon. So I did. Stayed freezing. For my second request he said he turned the heat up from the front desk. The room never got one centigrade higher. I had to layer up clothing to stay in the room and it was very uncomfortable.

Very well minimalistic designed Hotel rooms that makes you feel to the next level Despite we love the good taste and minimalistic design of the rooms; it was not easy to find common things like switches to turn on and off the lights or to find water or a kettle for before bed sleep
