Location,safety, and they have luggage storage they kept my luggage for the time I went to Roma and come back.

They only concern that there is no voice isolation between the rooms You can hear ppl in the rooms around you also you can hear the room service every day since early morning

The location was great. It was close to the Duomo. Easy to walk around town and a beautiful church. That's a landmark. Made it easy to find again once you found it the first time. It's a bit difficult to find the first time because you aren't sure if there is a hotel on the 4th floor of this building down an alley, but once you find it it was fine. Our view wasn't the greatest but we still enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Great location, right in the center, a pleasant 10-minute walk to Domo, right next to the Golden Quarter. Nearby restaurants, shops, sites. In short, a perfect location. The room is spacious, enough for 2 people. Simple, clean and tidy. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. The room was simple, there wasn't much storage space (closet).

No maintenance, A/C turned off, and no one fixed it till the next day morning. No car parking is available.

Perfect fit for a lone traveler or couple. Exactly like in the photos. Very clean and felt very comfortable The entrance and needing to ring the bell to get in. Also reception in 4th floor is weird and getting there the first time was a bit difficult

Nicely located hotel, very close to the centre of Milan and a tram stop just outside. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Room was ok and staff helpful Limited facilities but it was a work trip

Everything was fantastic! The receptionist was super friendly, and the check-in process was a breeze. I was expecting a more boutique-like experience, but it turned out to be even better. I had an amazing time, and it was just a short walk from the city center. I had a bit of a negative experience at the parking garage. It would be great if they could offer a discount for customers of the boutique
