Only 10 minutes away from Duomo, this apartment was perfect. I booked it last minute and it exceeded my expectations. The place was spacious, very comfortable for three to four people. Everything was clean and the host was super nice. 10/10

Only the location was good No hot water, mattress was old and curved, call center staff were rude, they gave me a price on the phone that was 300 euro less than my booking price, I asked for a payment link to book direct and they didn’t send, their website was down then they said there’s nothing they can do. Checkout was at 11 am, I asked for an extra hour and they refused and said they would charge 83 euro extra despite me paying 300 euro more than their quoted price on the phone. Terrible management. The cleaner was very kind and the location was convenient. Apart from that all else was bad.

Location, space and cleanliness were phenomenal and the hosts were so responsive and nice Elevator and building entrance had no ventilation so a bit stuffy, but that is not a reflection on milhouse and their great place

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent

It was being cleaned every day, has a nespresso machine & coffee pods, has heating & AC working hot & cold. And there was a nice lady cleaning the house her name is Juliette, she is so helpful and cheerful. Also location is awesome and near to a shopping street and to Duomo. A carpet would be great To change the entrance procedures and , the key can be cards and to eliminate the black box with passcode coz it’s a hassle with all the links and intercome thingy.

Location From the moment we entered the apartment, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes, honestly similar to the smell of drugs. We reported this immediately at 4:00 PM on the day of check-in. The host admitted they were already aware of the issue, but no action was taken. We were told there was no alternative apartment available for that night and that a change might be possible the next day, which was pointless because the problem was that same night. The only suggestion was to keep the windows open. As a result, we had to leave the windows open all night, which caused us to get sick from the cold. This was especially serious because my wife suffers from severe asthma. At 10:00 PM, after hours of complaints, we were told that we were free to leave the apartment, which is not an acceptable solution at that hour. The next day, the host entered the apartment, opened the windows, turned on the air conditioning, and used air fresheners — far too late. By then, the smell had already faded only because the windows had been open all night, making the proposed apartment change meaningless. There were also other issues, including a broken door and a very dirty bathroom, all documented with photos. Overall, this shows a serious lack of responsibility and care for guests. We would not recommend this property.

Great location. Apartment furnished the cheapest way possible. Terrible sofa that must have been 30yrs old. All the furniture was trash. It’s a money grab.

The rooms cabinet has dust , and i have allergies ? so that was not convenient. We wanted to check our and come back with them however they don’t offer luggage storage service.

Location, well maintained, very supportive host via the App and What’s App. No parking facilities nearby, but that’s a common issue for places located in the historic center.

Tha location was great. The noise probably because of the construction out there.

In the middle of downtown, Nothing

Beautiful space, large room and bathroom .. lovely deck with chairs overlooking the street . Comfortable bed and soft bedding . Elevator up to 5th floor was ideal! About 10 steps up to the elevator level from the street which is common in older buildings. The host was so helpful with metro lines to use to arrive . Lovely Italian restaurant just steps across the street and a small quaint bar stairs just steps the other way! Plenty of space to organize clothes / toiletries. Easy check in / out. Very prompt response to questions about taxi. They arranged our taxi to airport . E114 flat rate . Excellent location to the Duomo/restaurants/shopping . Would definitely stay again!! We loved everything about the property ..
