Amazing location for exploring central Milan. Great breakfast. The staff were incredibly kind, and even arranged for a cake to be delivered to our room for my son’s birthday. The rooms were a little dated and the bathroom was old, but this didn’t really matter.

The location When I arrived they gave me a room where the bathroom had broken pieces or rods on the ground and the toilet deep from the ceiling with dirt all over the bathroom Also room for 2 very small bed and elevators take forever

The place, clean, renovated room We came to the roof top bar ar 10:30 pm and they didn’t so do us cocktails, said its too late, they work until 11 pm

Location The air conditioning was very poor, and the room was extremely hot. It seemed like we didn’t even have control over the temperature, which was very strange and uncomfortable. We booked two rooms, and I accidentally didn’t specify the correct number of guests. Each room was for two people, but we were still charged extra, which was frustrating. Overall, the stay was quite disappointing. The entire place was extremely hot, the furniture was very old and outdated, and the experience was not comfortable at all.

Great hotel with an excellent location! It was very convenient for getting around and close to everything we wanted to see. The location was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

I loved this hotel. First and foremost the staff was above and beyond. So kind and nice - couldn't ask for more. In addition - the location is dreamy. right next to the Duomo (3-5 minutes walking if you're walking really slowly). restaurants around open untill late hours so you can always grab something to eat. Breakfast was perfect - the best one we had in our trip. Rooms felt like new rooms, clean and shiny. view could be better but that's ok we didn't mind it so much. Decent price. We loved this hotel and we'll probably get back to it on our next visit to Milano. I don't think there's something I didn't love there. it was really good.
