Location was everything. Febreze air fresheners EVERYWHERE, what were they covering up? I collected all of them and put them outside and didn’t smell anything bad. Those fresheners are so terrible.

Perfect location! The room was small, but comfortable and clean. The drain in the shower was very slow so we had to be careful not to run it over the edge and onto the main floor.

The location is great, the room clean was not good and was with spiders.

The location was fantastic, the room was lovely, and the staff were incredibly kind. Even though I had a request late at night, they tried to help me without making excuses about the time. Many thanks to them.

The location is great. 3 minutes to the Duomo plaza, if you’re going shopping STAY HERE it’s close to the stores and also bus that takes you to the outlets. The staff is VERY NICE. There’s always someone at the reception guarding the door which is nice, we askes for paper one night and the guy locked the doors and then went to take us paper, which was very nice. It’s a small room but honestly was very comfortable compared to many other pricey hotels we stayed at. Never heard noice from around and it’s comfortable. Nothing bad to share. It was a great stay. Wish we had booked more nights, it’s a safe neighborhood

Walking distance to Milan Center, shopping, restaurants, Duomo Cathedral and train stations. Thank you to the staff who kept my forgotten earrings! Big thanks to Kuya who find it in the pile of soiled bed sheets.

The location is excellent, and if you're not going to be in the room a whole lot, it is perfectly fine. It was a bit dirty, and the building itself needs to be renovated, but as mentioned, if you're just sleeping here ,then it doesn't really matter
