The size of the room was very small and the fact that the supply of basic stuff such as shampoo, soap was very minimum.

The location of the hotel was amazing! You are so close to Milano Centrale, a metro stop, and many nice restaurants and cafes. The staff was also very kind and helpful! The beds were not very comfy nor did they stay pushed against the wall if you wanted to sit upright and lean against the wall. The room was quite small and the air conditioner does a little something to help with the heat but isn't very strong. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing amazing.

The proximity to the main Central station was really convenient, it is like 8 min walking. The staff was really friendly, his recommendations on restaurants were a 10.

Value for the area. We only stayed the night waiting for our train. Short walk to the train and metro station making it easy to get around and visit the city. Bead was good. Service was good. Came with breakfast that was okay. Shower would flood the floor.

5. The Best hotel, Milan Well… it’s definitely not the best hotel I was staying at. I mean, may be it is - by Milan standards, but I respectively disagree. If you ask me, it’s an Ok hotel. Hotel is located between 2 metro stops: Lima(the closest one, about 6 or 7 minutes walk) and Milan’s Central Station(about 12 - 15 minutes walk). People at the reception were friendly. Although, during the check-in, gentleman took my passport and told me to come back and get it in 20 minutes. Kind of unusual ?♂️ Elevator was not as small as elevators in other Italian hotels I was staying at. My room was interesting: I’m walking in, there is a bathroom on my left and 3 steps down to the room itself. Room was kind of small, but there is the chance that I’ve had this impression because the bed was taking most of the space. The bed was very comfortable, though. The bathroom was interesting too: in order to flush the toilet, you have to turn the handle from right to left. Almost a full circle. I don’t know about other people, but. - personally - I never see anything like it. Would be nice if there would be a sign about it, though. Shower was a good size and the water pressure was great. It could be regulated by the handle: pull it towards you and water pressure is increasing. Breakfast… ummm… in one of my previous reviews I was expressing my somewhat weird expectations about breakfast in Italy. My expectations were based on breakfast I’ve had in Venice and Florence in 2023. Well… breakfast in this hotel was something else - and not in a good way. I was told that breakfast start at 7 am. Since I’ve had to be at the train station early enough, I was at the breakfast room exactly at 7 am. There were at least 6 other people and number of people was increasing every minute. The breakfast buffet area is tiny so it was crowded. On top of it, unfortunately, breakfast personnel was not ready for 7 am opener. Bread? Didn’t exist. Juice or water? Have a coffee from the machine and be happy. Scramble eggs? You are funny.,Get real! There were croissants- but since there was no bread, croissants were gone faster than you can blink. I’ve asked the lady about juice or water, she said “one moment”. I left the breakfast room at 7:13 without it. They have a water for sale near reception desk(they sell it, if I’m not mistaking for €2). I’ve told the guy during checkout about my breakfast experience and asked whether I could have a bottle of water for free. He allowed it. It was nice of him, but still… if your breakfast starts at 7, it starts at 7. Not at 7:30 or 8. I can honestly say that it was my worse hotel breakfast experience. Not just in Italy - ever.

the location is great and very close to the central station so it was easy to explore Milan The staff were friendly and available to help But the rooms are extremely tiny the double room has unrealistic size for two people to live in and the bathroom wasn’t clean as well and also tiny the stay was definitely uncomfortable

The closeness to everything train station metro lines stores and restaurants. Their employees are friendly and polite, breakfasts was great everything you need to start your day. N/A

Breakfast is decent. Housekeeping was decent The rooms were too small for a family. The bathroom is awful. There is no lock . It hardly fits 1 person. The shower leaks outside of the room. When checked with staff, they gave us extra towels to put outside bathroom door and also suggested us to use less water pressure so it doesn’t leak lots of water.

Wonderful location, friendly staff and good breakfast. We would stay here again ? really close to Milano Centrale and shopping street. Nothing negative.

there is a out side garden I really like. Price is good compared to other places. first time I enter to the room and I was disappointed. I can't find anything else like to this place. I would rate this place 40/100. Out of the three help desk staff, the night shift guy was the only one who was helpful. The other two seemed like they didn’t enjoy their job or didn’t want to help. There was no A/C, which was a big issue for me. They said it’s seasonal, but the room was still very hot. Even when I opened the windows, it didn’t help much—and other apartments could see directly into our room, which felt uncomfortable. I really wish they would offer A/C, even for an extra fee. The neighborhood wasn’t great, but not the worst either. Overall, I wouldn’t book this place again.

Very good room

The Staff were friendly, it is really close to Milan Central and Metro, Great Value for Price. The facilities were a bit old but there are more positives points in this place.
-
The beds were awful with dirty bedding and dusty blankets. The beds were uncomfortable and we had bites from our nights sleep.

Little and small space…

perfect

One appliance we took stopped working when we tried to plug it in. A hair straightener. Don't know if it was our fault or something of the facilities of the Hotel.
