The location but even getting there was a nightmare. The whole experience was awful, no cars we’re allowed to get the hotel, we had to walk for 10 minutes to get to the hotel, I’m okay if there is road works and it can be understandable, however what I don’t accept is that they did not tell me that beforehand, they told me after it’s too late to arrange alternative and to made sure they will get the full amount of the stay in accordance with the booking policy, which is extremely cheap. The hotel rank in my view is barely 4 star or even less Besides the pictures in booking.com is not what I experienced at all. Their excuse was your both suits was with balcony and that floors with balconies hasn't been renovated ! When I asked to change my suits like what I sow in pictures their reply was we can’t down grade you. The hotel construction and drills from 8 am everyday was a nightmare, I was physically unable to sleep during my 2 days due un proofed sound and the drilling every morning till noon. Nothing is working in that hotel TV, lighting systems, water & services. Would I come back again in this hotel? Never in my life time Nor I would recommend it to anyone It’s the Duomo location and misleading pictures that made me choose this it,however after what I experienced it was not worth it at all. The breakfast was quite simple, but the made-to-order dishes were generally excellent. The hotel’s location is perfect, but if you’re arriving by car, the location of the parking area and its distance from the hotel entrance can be a bit confusing.
