The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, available 24Hrs The location was perfectly positioned for our travels, easy access to the stations/trams and short walks to excellent food options! And ofcourse the air conditioning was a life saver. Nothing we didn’t like

Our room had a great addition with the outdoor tub, the pull out couch was comfortable for us, and the rooms were chilly- much desirable during a heat wave! The outdoor space wasn’t in great condition- broken boards, lights not turning on. The bathrooms were nice but there was serious wear on the tub. Wr had to use a nail file to pop open the drain because the twist didn’t work.

None.. Room was extremely small. Highly priced. Wrong rated. The way too expensive. Parking 70¿ is a joke. Ironing a shirt 12¿ it's like they are selling it back to you. Poor service. The hotel room key wasn't working. We had a power outage in the room.
