Good location and in general nice hotel Sound isolation is poor. At 1am you could hear residents from above jumping and moving chairs. Impossible to sleep. Called reception and they responded with attitude. Not a nice experience. Breakfast is good, but not the best as advertised.

The room size was good Beds were not comfortable. Bathrooms are relatively run down compared to the condition of the rooms. We had the misfortune of an extremely rude Housekeeping woman and the person who checked us in but the rest of the staff were fine.

Great location so close to Doumo cathedral and shopping street, also Brera area just near by walking distance. Safe area to walk and live. They did upgrade our room which was so kind from the Hotel side. Room was big and had everything you would be needed, small toiletries set up in the bathroom was so useful. Breakfast was 10 out of 10 so many options and variety will suits for anybody ,complimentary prosecco for breakfast was amazing Add On to all the experience.

Lovely staff who went above and beyond. We arrived after a big flight from NZ early and they made every effort to accommodate us early so we could freshen up and get the most out of our day in Milan. Then when we got back in the afternoon we had fresh towels again. Extra attention that’s really appreciated Nothing

Extensive breakfast Extortionate parking prices Requested inter-connecting rooms or side-by-side well in advance, got neither Staff took forever at check-in, speaking in Italian to each other so we had no idea why it was taking so long King size room had a single bed in it, didn’t request this so it shouldn’t be there! One bottle of water (small) in room complementary, for two people! We wouldn’t return

The hotel is very centrally located, 3-5min walk to the Duomo, along with other beautiful sites. The room was huge, very clean, slippers and robes were provided. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
