If i wasn't staying just for 2days, i would call the police on them and change hotel imidietly. Please, if you think about your vacation or stay, don't go to this hotel. It was my worst hotel experience ever.

They were not changing the bedsheets everyday.
-
Room was clean, location for what I needed was good, breakfast was good and staff very kind. Room was somewhat small for 2 people, II travelled with my son. Beds were not comfortable.
-
The staff! Very atentive and the faciities were comfortable and clean Nothing to complain about
-
Amazing for the cost. Relatively close to the main station, and nice and friendly staff.
-
Convenient location, free breakfast, friendly staff — nice restaurants in the area, and less expensive than most restaurants in other parts of Milan. Nothing

Near Metro (5 min). Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast.
-
The location was good, the staff was great and the included breakfast was a fantastic option. The beds were terrible and the shower felt like a cruise ship with a leaky shower head.

Located within walking distance of the Metro line, and a tram line just outside. Lots of local restaurants and bars, lovely around the area at night. Felt like a great local vibe. Bedroom was spacious, and airy. Very clean. Calls itself a 3 star but it's just a bed and breakfast, there no bar facilities. Bath had a shower head on long extension cord, cany affix it to the wall. Showering was a frustration.

The breakfast was good I booked a room on booking, and I was very surprised when the staff asked me to pay a "tourism" tax on the last night of my stay. When I asked them to explain what this tax was, they told me that since I had booked the hotel on booking, I hadn't paid this tax upfront, which is why the price on booking was lower than on the hotel's website. They said this was done intentionally to attract people from booking.

Definitely worth the money, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the metro station that leads directly to the Duomo, and 15 minutes on foot from Centrale station. There are many restaurants, bars, and markets in the surrounding area, making the stay very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
