The sound of other rooms was high and clear

The staff was excellent in their service and professionally friendly. It doesn’t have to do with the hotel but management should be aware my family and I were followed by a man at night right up until the door. He had just stopped following another woman who was by herself and started advancing on us until he saw the hotel door. This could be dangerous for guests who wander alone from the hotel.

Average. Only 2 fruit chockes were available which I didn't eat Room lightning was poor, it's like 8 different lights and the middle of the room was dark as hell. The bathroom wall had a glass in the middle of it so when you turn the lights on its shining in the persons face that's sleeping closer to the bathroom. TV language would just not change to English even with the hell of the staff

Perfect location located near the edge of Milan. Hub for may who's last night is Milan, flying out the next day. Clean, lovely, spacious rooms. Bar + restaurant located downstairs, convenient and delicious. Fast and easy check-in.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel’s location is not convenient, as it is far from the city center and main attractions, which made getting around time-consuming and costly. Additionally, the help desk staff were not very helpful when assistance was needed, which added to the frustration of the stay. Overall, the service and location did not meet expectations.

Breakfast was nice, good service at the front desk, they were cooperative and helped me find a parking spot immediately. We checked in late and the staff was very helpful. The location is a bit far from city center. It took a 40 minute ride in a tram to go to Duomo, and the trams are not exactly on time. The staff was kind enought to guide us.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. There are plenty of free public parking. The location is far from city center but that was not an issue fir me since I had a car. There are shopping malls with few minutes drive.
