Nothing No waiting area, No storage room, Rude staff, Poor hygiene , Lack of basic facilities, Lack of good connectivity.

Owner is an amazing person. Very talkative, polite, sociable. He rushed for help anytime we needed something and was very fun to have quick talks about day with. The room had everything we needed, pretty balcony, comfortable bed and a fan that helped us a lot during hot nights. Calm and safe neighbourhood, close to few shops well connected to the centre of milano. For this price i'd really recommend it One of the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner

The staff was very welcoming ( Modi) and helped me throughout. They have kitchen and all necessary facilities. Nothing as such, the location is a little away from historic centre and the dorm doesn't have AC but that's okay.

The room only has a fan, as described, but it's very hot, with a temperature close to 30 degrees. I couldn't sleep. I got up at 4 a.m. and took the first available means of transport home. I think it's the worst I've found in years.

No ac no shampo no towel no iron no fridge same like we feel we are not in hotel we are at road

A very important thing to know is that you MUST turn in your room key before leaving the hostel every time. If we had known that prior, we would not have booked this hostel. We felt very uncomfortable not having our key to our room with our belongings.

The staff was very friendly! It was a good hostel to stay for a night. facilities are small, kitcheb is also small and only has a microwave.
