The staff were amazing, the espresso was excellent. Very, very clean. The location is convenient, tram 14 and bus 91 nearby. The AC is not cool enough for what we usually like.

Breakfast was also good, with a buffet style serving. It is a simple European breakfast, so cheese, ham, yogurts and bread. Additionally croissants and coffee were served.

I’ve read the ratings before coming here, and personally didn’t experience anything of the negatives. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good enough to keep you going until lunch time. The lady at the breakfast is also very friendly. The rooms are clean, they change the towels and make your bed every day. Easy center access with tram to the Dome. More than perfect for those who come to see Milano for a few days and mainly come to the Hotel to spend the nights. Hope my review is detailed enough to make you choose this place. I’ve been to many Hotels before and this is easily 8.5+ rating in reality in the 3star category. If you come with a baby, there is no elevator, but first floor is absolutely fine, no problem. If you are a tall big guy you can have trouble in the small shower, but for me it was fine (180cm, 95kg)

The hotel was nice and we were welcomed by a very kind receptionist, who was really helpful and even gave us a free upgrade on our room (she gave us a bigger bed as a couple). Everything was clean and all-over the stay was really nice. Only thing that we weren't satisfied with was the breakfast, which was only composed of only processes foods, almost nothing fresh, only effort they made was boil whole eggs and put out toast bread, ham and cheese. That was the only disappointment in our stay, other than that it was really nice :))

Nice Staff,Good location,clean rooms ,balcony No internet, there was an issue with the router, the refrigerator was not working but they helped us to store whatever we wanted in their kitchen refrigerator.

If you cannot find another hotel, choose this hotel. without an elevator or someone to carry your luggage to the room. The air conditioner, which had a heating problem, was turned on only by giving a blanket after 11 PM.
