The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained. The hotel is quite far from the city center. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the main attractions, so it may not be the best choice if you want to stay close to central Milan

Staff was helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was more than expected and very good. The room was clean and large by more European hotel standards. The in room blow dryer was very heavy and hard to operate.,

The space was great, lots of room! The bathroom was a little yuck, mainly the shower needs some renovations.

The staff and Chef went beyond expectations. Nothing.

The garden is ok but chairs at it is old You need to show better care of your customers by make the bill boy always ready for example The bed sheet had a drop of coffee when we arrived !!!!!!!!

Apparently it is a residence building that was renovated and transformed to a hotel. Our room was big, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Location wise, if you care about going to the center the tram 12 station is 5 min walking from the hotel. The center itself is not close but u reach it by tram in like 30-35min. The breakfast was top, especially offering salmon and avocado and selection of ham and cheese and bread + gluten free items. The staff are nice, always smiling and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that you need to go outside to access the rooms. So the main door for every section is like a door of a large terrace where you are literally on a balcony and you go to your room. It is just not nice during winter ?
