Firstly- the staff was very kind and ready to help us and answer questions about the parking and the city. The hotel room was clean and beautiful, we had a lot of space. The parking also felt very safe (garage). There are also various public transport options nearby. Breakfast was lovely aswell! The AC made the room a bit too cold for us. Other than that- perfect stay.

We liked the air conditioner, the very nice staff, that we could check in earlier and the tram station, which is really close to the hotel. Really thin walls.

location, pet facilities in room, clean spacious room Getting locked inside the gated garage area late at night. Please be aware that after parking your car, you exit the garage and then have to walk down a ramp to a green gate. THIS GATE IS LOCKED AT NIGHT AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO. YOU ARE EFFECTIVELY LOCKED IN. We arrived late and despite the receptionist initially letting us into the garage so clearly seeing us on his screen, he made no effort to help us get out. Eventually the gate was unlocked but we had a very frustrating long wait in the middle of the night in sweltering 30 degrees heat and after driving for 8 hours. This was not 4 star hotel service. To make matters worse, not only did the receptionist at the desk not apologise but instead decided this was incredibly funny and couldn’t understand why we were upset. A different receptionist the next morning, did apologise on his behalf which was appreciated. All in all however, this was a very disappointing experience. Please note you pay €23 for the car park which frankly after our experience we should NOT have been charged!!

Very good location with garage parking (a huge bonus in Milano) and public transport across the street to go downtown. Decent size room with tall ceilings and a street view. Staff was helpful and assisted when our car broke down while parked in the garage. Hotel restaurant served a buffet breakfast of excellent quality, and we have also selected the restaurant for dinner on two separate occasions as well. Wait staff was exceptional. One person stood out - a young man, student of hospitality, was completing his practical experience there, and he assisted us on two occasions at the reception, and several times during meals. He was very professional, well-mannered, and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, a language barrier is still a problem in Italy. Neither English nor Spanish are spoken by most hotel staff , and while the basics are enough for check-in et cetera, it has become a barrier once we needed assistance with a broken car and the tow company. But that is equally on us. Between my wife and I, we speak 5 languages, but no Italian. Milano public transport - again nothing to do with the actual hotel. Both of our days in Milano, there were strikes on public transport, so one day we could not use the tram to go downtown, and the second day we could not use the transport to make it back. Waiting for a taxi for over 90 minutes at Duomo was not pleasant.

I got a triple room , was very big , so much space for the clothes , comfortable beds In the room was smelly from the aircon or sink , internet didn’t work in my room

Great location, close to tram that takes you across Milan. Very nice staff, our room was great and execllent breakfast. Tip: visit the family-run nearby restaurant: La Costiera. Great local food, including excellent pizzas, modest prices and great ambiance. The hotel is a bit worn, hence the ongoing renovation.

Our room was very clean and plenty of space for three people. The tram right outside the hotel made it easy to get to multiple locations
